The Scary Rusty shed

LT:To write a story opener to hook in the reader.

THERE WAS AN OLD SHED AT THE BACK OF OUR FLOWER GARDEN. MY BROTHER KNEW THAT A GOBLIN LIVED IN IT. A SMALL CROOKED GREEN BODY THAT ATTACKED PEOPLE IF THEY GO IN THE SHED. THE NEXT DAY  ME AND JAKE MY FRIEND AND MY DAD MICHAEL TOOK A LOOK. SQUEEK! SQUEEK! WENT THE RUSTY TIN DOOR. WE WENT WITH A TORCH AND A BASEBALL BAT.  WE TIP TOED IN AND WE WENT AND LOOKED FOR THE CREATURE. SUDDENLY MY DAD TURNED HIS HEAD AND THERE WAS THE GOBLIN STARING RIGHT AT HIM.  HIS TWO RED EYES WERE AS RED AS BLOOD. HE HAD YELLOW SLIME DRIPPING ALL OVER HIM.  THE GOBLIN WAS AS SMALL AS A CHILD ... TO BE CONTINUED.

I am looking forward to writing this scary story.

Nightmare On Elstree Ave

It was a dark and dismal night, two huge red eyes shone out of black hoodie.They looked like glowing coals in the darkness. It sent shivers down my spine, my knees felt wobbly and I could not move.
Jason has a hockey mask so I thought this must be Freddy. I turned around and started to run away but he was too fast, every time I tried to get away he was there to cut me off. He was playing a game of cat and mouse with me and as hard as I tried I just couldn’t escape from Freddy. It didn’t take long for him to get bored of playing his game with me and he had me cornered with nowhere to run.
As Freddy was getting ready to kill me with his big, sharp claws Jason appeared out of the darkness to challenge Freddy for the right to kill me. As they were fighting each other I saw this as my opportunity to get away. I ran all the way home and called the police. They sent the armed offenders out to find Freddy and Jason. The armed offenders captured them and took them both to an underground bunker prison cell in the outskirts of New York City.    

Report about the Museum

The Auckland Museum is a really good place to visit and learn about different cultures from the Pacific.
It is a large building full of historical items which educates the people about their history.
This museum is located near the Auckland Hospital in the Auckland Domain. It was built in 1928 - 1929 on a hill.
Auckland museum houses a lot of information and has many exhibits which tells the people  about the development of both Auckland and New Zealand’s history. The exhibits have been gathered over a number of years and they come under many different categories such as bones, fossils, trees, landscapes, fish and plants
When school students go on a field trip  to the Auckland museum, they look at spears which were used to hunt animals for food. They also look at artifacts and learn about how  Maori people travelled to other islands. Students also learn about how the tools were crafted by the islanders. The Presentation given by the Maori woman  feature trees, logs, lush sub-tropical forest and wetland.
The Auckland Museum is a place that provides a lot of learning opportunities for the visitors, students and the tourists and place that everyone  should visit.

Fraction Flag

Hi  everyone, my name is Moli and I am going to show you about my fraction flag. My fraction flag is in quarter.s First I did the top and then I did the middle then the 2nd to last line.After that I did last line. I know it is is in quarters because I have 4 equal groups. This shows that 1/4 of 24 is 6.     

The Tamaki College sports

 Glenbrae school goes to Tamaki College to do sports. We only go on Wednesdays.  It was only room 9 and room 7 and room 10. They all went to Tamaki College. They had to line up in 7 rows and there was a man, his name was Mr Madgwick. The sport that I played was relay. I won some and lost some. I didn't mind winning or losing. I enjoyed the relay and it was fun. I'm looking forward to the game where we are blindfolded, I think it will  be fun.
