The activity we had was exercise the equipment that were used:

Weight bag:

Push ups:

Sit ups:

Calf raise:  

The Weight bag was used for doing squats which makes your Gastrocnemius & your Quadrecipes , the 

The Push ups makes the muscle Pectorals major inside your body

The Sit ups were made to make your Rectus Abdominis

The Calf raise makes your gastrocnemius

Agonist is shorter

Antagonist is longer

Hi Moli,

You are right, when muscles work in pairs, the agonist muscle is the muscle that is shortening, and the antagonist muscle is the muscle that is lengthening.

For future posts, some feedback would be to explain the activities like a story. Remember, people are reading your posts who weren't in class, so it's important you share as much detail as you can, so they can understand.
